The Role:

• Reporting to Head of Client Delivery
• Leading client implementation projects, with responsibilities across delivery lifecycle incl; documenting requirements, coordination with delivery leads and developers, stakeholder management, planning and reporting
• Develop & apply consistent project management approach across multi- site global organisation, with opportunity to travel.
• Responsible for project documentation, planning and communications
• Support testing & training for client, ensuring that the technology is employed in the most efficient way
• Provide feedback to Technical Support & Service Desk with detailed client knowledge, process insight and enhancement ideas
• This role will become an SME for the application and will support the ongoing design and development of our Banking & Treasury software by listening to client needs
• Help to drive engineering resources against project goals and deliverables
• Develop and support internal procedures, update guides and training materials

Skills & Experience: 

• Stakeholder management
• Experience as business analyst or project management
• Suit someone with experience within a Corporate Service Provider or someone with project experience in Banking & Treasury
• Super organised, self-starter, familiar with Technology change
• Fintech experience not essential - but a desire to investigate, fix, improve and ability to learn new tools and processes quickly a must.
• Able to manage conflicting priorities and work well under pressure
