We apply a common pricing principle for all of our clients.

Given the huge variety of our client base and the highly bespoke nature of each implementation, pricing will largely depend on scale, complexity and nature of business. We apply the following principles:

  • We price based on underlying client volumes and your payment ecosystem complexity: together we should be able to evidence a clear RoI for your shareholders.
  • Single, bundled cost payable monthly: our pricing incorporates ‘business as usual’ support, training, maintenance and licence fees, giving you strong peace of mind for budgeting.
  • We absorb standard deployment costs wherever possible: we want to build and maintain long term partnerships with our clients: we will always help you to minimise up-front cost and implementation risk.
  • All standard bank integrations, user enhancements and updates for free: benefit from our continuous response to industry opportunities and challenges; enjoy periodic system enhancements at no extra cost.
